We are seeking a Compensation & Benefits Analyst for our European Service Centre office based in Swords, Dublin. Hertz offers a bright, modern and friendly working atmosphere. We employ approximately 900 people with over 29 different nationalities.
Providing support to the International Compensation and Benefit team in delivering Compensation and Benefits Programs across Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific region. This role will focus on the administration and analysis required to deliver of all required programs.
Administering the bonus ensuring all data is updated and maintained and incentive payments are calculated and executed in a timely manner.
Supporting the preparation, collection and analysis of market benchmark data for salaries across Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific region.
Data Collection, analysis and administration in respect of International Compensation & Benefits programs. These will include, but are not limited to:
Annual salary survey submissions
Employee benefit and insurances
Compensation Governance and reporting requirements
Adhoc Global Compensation Projects
Administration of monthly compensation and benefit reporting
Supporting total reward communications and branding
Building and maintaining strong, effective partnerships, maintaining teamwork and ensuring continuous communication through multiple forms of media with HR COE’s, HR Business Partners, etc. where appropriate.
Degree level or studying towards a degree in a subject requiring strong numerical and analytical ability
Experience in an administrative role essential.
Experience in an analytical role essentiall
Experience of working in HR and specifically Compensation & Benefits desirable.
Experience working on Oracle HRMS or similar HR system
Knowledge of Compensation, Benefit and Bonus programs a distinct advantage.
Understanding of employee engagement concepts
Ability to work under tight time pressures.
