General Responsibilities
We are currently looking for some enormously talented Contact Centre Agents - French Speaking to join our brilliant Customer Service Team based in our European Shared Service, Swords Dublin .
Start Date to be the 6th January 2020.
This is in preparation for our busy car rental season 2020. And it’s not just one position that we’re looking to fill but a whole extra team! So it’s a great opportunity.
If you enjoy interacting with customers over the phone in a variety of situations – from handling the simplest transaction to figuring out complex booking scenarios – this role is for you. You’ll be adept at guiding each customer to the right reservation in a timely and efficient manner. Call after call, day after day… because the chance to do a job well is what drives you.

Your skills: What puts you in the driving seat?
Previous experience in a sales, customer service or contact centre environment
Fluency in French and a good standard of English is essential
Strong sales skills – where you are persuasive and ‘sell’ rather than ‘tell’
Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to prioritise
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
People focused with a "How can I help you?" attitude
A good team player with the ability to build and maintain relationships
Leaving Certificate or an equivalent standard of education is required.
