About this role
As a member of the Corporate Talent Acquisition team, the Campus Programs Manager is responsible for leading campus activities which result in the annual hiring of summer interns, Hertz Development Plan (HDP) as well as entry level hires. Partnering with the business, you will be responsible for building and fostering relationships with core schools throughout the year.
Additional Accountabilities Will Include
Build, implement and execute campus recruiting program that aligns with Hertz’ business needs
Establish and maintain strategic relationships with Universities/Colleges
Create year-round campus calendar of events for career fairs, interview days, classroom guest lectures
Develop communications for campus presentations ensuring our brand, message and strategy is congruent
Track campus recruiting budget and evaluate for impact as well as improvement in efficiency and cost effectiveness
Partner with Interns and alumni to launch an official Hertz Campus Ambassador Program
Develop and track campus hiring metrics to ensure solid ROI
Stay informed of external campus and professional recruiting trends and techniques
Influence hiring managers around standard procedures for campus recruiting.
Focus on campus sourcing strategies to ensure we target top tier candidates.
Bachelor's Degree required
Minimum of 7 years of relevant corporate experience, including Campus Recruiting
Prior experience in creating and leading campus recruiting programs
Prior experience working within the highly competitive campus recruiting landscape
Strong oral and written communication skills
Must be collaborative and a team player
At ease managing and effectively operating within a matrix organization
Advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
Ability to use data to drive results
