The Hertz Corporation Retail Support Specialist in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

General Responsibilities

Job Purpose

This position will be part of the Hertz Car Sales Division directly supporting the rollout and day to day operations of car sales locations nationwide. Responsible for new store systems setup, establishing marketing, procurement of equipment, new lender setup, in store setup, and special projects.

Key Result Areas

  • New Store Systems Administration:

  • Setup of IT Systems such as DealerTrack and Advent.

  • Establish DealerTrack, Auto-Check and Location Creation Setup

  • Establish Store Marketing Presence

  • Complete the enrolment forms for Cars.com and Autotrader.com.

  • Send Micro-site setup form to Hertz Marketing department.

  • Establish mapping and re-classing for Rent2Buy

  • Procurement of Equipment

  • Order Check Scanner, Dot Matrix Printer, Rental Equipment.

  • Locate and allocate all needed forms sales and finance.

  • New Lender Setup

  • Establish all lenders in DealerTrack – Bank of America, Chase, Ally, Santander, etc.

  • Setup JM&A warranty services.

  • Schedule and Coordinate In Store Setup

  • Arrange for Advent, JM&A and DealerTrack in store installation.

  • Setup Credit Bureau Connection (CBC) compliance dashboard.

  • Special Projects

  • Complete special projects as designed by the Retail Support Supervisor.

  • Act as a liaison between the Estero/Park Ridge and OKC teams as needed.

Mandatory Requirements

Educational Background:

High School Diploma

4 year college degree, preferred

Professional Experience:

Experience in Auto dealership setup, financing and car sales regulations

Knowledge:

  • Retail Car Sales Licensing and Financing

  • Knowledge of rental car business

  • Experience in call-center and customer service

  • Knowledge of Finance laws, rules, regulations

  • Knowledge of Rent2Buy & Advent systems

Skills:

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Well developed verbal and written communication skills

  • Well developed organization skills

  • Strong problem solving skills

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Effectively interact with all levels of the organization from Senior Management to local operations.
